The only kind of chocolate candy I like is the deep dark kind and I used to keep a nice stash around to nibble on. Milk Chocolate is too sweet for my tastes now, though as a child I loved it.  Dark chocolate gets some good press these days, and some sources even say it's good for you. I like thinking that something so delicious might have a positive effect on one's health. Chocolate is also romanticized endlessly. We'll get hit with that aspect hard come Valentines Day. Unfortunately for me, chocolate doesn't always sit well on my stomach so I don't indulge as much as I once did. Yet I still dearly love a moist, rich, deeply dark chocolate cake with fudge icing and homemade fudge at Christmas time, and will risk heartburn if I come across either of those treats.
