Today we cut the last cabbage in the garden. It weighed 5 lbs. And was firm and sweet. Decided to try our hands at sauerkraut. Didn't take long. Hubs thinks we have done this before, but I don't remember. I am hopeful for success. I love sauerkraut.

I appreciate Joe for squishing thcabbage to release the juices.

I appreciate that big ole cabbage.

I love living on this farm.

Summer has finally arrived, highs in the 90's for a few days at least, am a lei get into the pool on a regular basis.
